Dr. Scott J. Broussard, born and raised in Scott, LA, is a 1991 graduate of Acadiana High School. From there he obtained a BS degree in Zoology from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 1995. He then went on to the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, where he received his doctorate in 1999. He worked for a short time in Jackson Hole, WY before returning to practice in Lafayette, LA. He and his wife, Dr. Kristin Broussard, have three young children. When he is not working, Dr. Scott enjoys triathlon, tennis, and practicing falconry.
