Receptionist

Our Receptionists' Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Patient scheduling
  • Check in/Check out
  • Enter notes based on client communication
  • Collecting Payments

Qualifications

To join The Waggin' Train Crew you must:

  • be a team player
  • be willing to work 40 hours a week & some Saturdays
  • have previous professional experience in another animal-based setting, resulting in strong veterinary knowledge
  • be able and willing to learn medical information
  • love people & have an outgoing personality
  • be capable of multi-tasking

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate, outgoing team members with great communication, excellent documentation skills, patience, and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and has great time management skills.

Schedule Requirements

Monday: Friday 7am-5pm
Saturday: 8am-12pm
